According to an analyst, King Charles does not want to anger Harry and Meghan by revoking their titles. According to royal researcher Johnathan Sacerdoti, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are preserving their Sussex titles because the royal family does not want the family's "conflict" to worsen.
In response to requests for the revocation of their titles, he stated that any such move by the Firm may be interpreted as hostile by Harry and Meghan.
"I get the impression that this is not something they want to do. I believe that in this fight between Harry and Meghan and the rest of the Royal Family, they [the Firm] are attempting to calm things down rather than throwing more grenades into the mix "Sacerdoti was reported as saying by express.co.uk.
He speculated that such a move would even inspire Meghan and Harry to write a "Spare 2" or create another Netflix series.
The expert said that the working Royals just want to "get on with the job".
He stated, "They are not attempting to provoke in the same way that they are being provoked. I believe that attempting to remove their titles - by the King - would be perceived as hostile, or at least Harry and Meghan could dress it up that way. We might have Spare 2 or Netflix volumes 7–12."
