Netflix original series Wednesday's actress Emma Myers stated that Wednesday Addams should be unmarried when the show enters season 2.
Based on Wednesday's "whole mess with her men" in season 1, the actress offered this recommendation.
Emma Myers recently spoke with Variety on Netflix's Wednesday series' unexpected popularity.
When the actress, 20, was questioned about her feelings about fans shipping her and the titular Addams family daughter, the Enid actor stated that she has heard some fan proposals, but she feels Wednesday should be unmarried coming into season 2.
"In the show, everything is possible. We haven't really discussed direction, so I'm not sure what the game plan is for anything. In terms of love interests for Wednesday, I believe she should continue to be single for at least a second season "She stated.
"She just had a complete disaster with her men; she needs to rest for a while. If I had gone through that, I would be hesitant to date anyone "She went on to say.
As Enid Sinclair, Myers plays Wednesday's roommate in the Tim Burton-produced Netflix series.
Wednesday season 1 focuses on Enid's involvement in the murder investigation in the adjacent town of Jericho, as well as her emotions for gorgon student Ajax.
