Redmi K80 Pro Specifications (confirmed)
In later Weibo posts, Redmi revealed that the next Redmi K80 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, as well as the company's own Rage Engine 4.0, D1 graphics processor, and dual-loop 3D ice cooling system. Because of these enhancements, the device is said to achieve an AnTuTu benchmark score of 31,94,766.
The Redmi K80 Pro will have three rear cameras: a Light Hunter 800 primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50-megapixel floating telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom and 10cm macro capability, and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor with a 120-degree field of view. The optics will be driven by Xiaomi's AISP 2.0 platform, which includes the second-generation FusionLM, ToneLM, ColorLM, and PortraitLM models for greater camera performance.
The device will also have a 2K display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a hole-punch design. Redmi claims it will be covered by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0 and will have dust and water resistance certifications of IP68 and IP69. The Redmi K80 Pro also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for further protection.
Redmi says its future smartphone would have a 6,000mAh battery and enable 120W (wired) and 50W (wireless) fast charging.
