Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who traveled to the United States to pursue their ambition of living independently away from the royal family, are now facing the possibility of losing everything due to a new problem.
The Duke of Sussex, who had already resolved his US immigration dispute in September last year, is now facing a new round of inspection after Trump was elected as president two weeks ago.
The couple, who reside in a Montecito estate with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are now fully involved in the California community. They sprung into action as the Los Angeles flames raged and the victims sought assistance.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex not only opened their doors to affected friends and relatives, but they also made a significant gift to relief efforts.
Furthermore, Meghan worked closely with Altadena Girls and unexpectedly opened her doors to the organization.
The nonprofit, which was founded by 14-year-old Avery Colvert as a temporary relief effort to assist girls in need after the wildfires, has grown into a full-fledged non-profit organization. Harry and Meghan were photographed assisting at a Los Angeles food pantry, and Meghan appeared on Altadena Girls' Instagram Reel.
"Meghan is so incredibly kind," Colvert told Marie Claire. "She was so excited to help."
Colvert also stated that Meghan "came in with bags of clothing from her own closet" and "was there for multiple hours in a day." The duchess even "got stylist training" to assist girls pick clothing and accessories.
"For all of the girls that were coming in, they got to be styled by Meghan Markle," Colvert said, adding that several clients "came in and just completely broke down" when they saw the duchess.
The announcement comes only a day before Prince Harry is scheduled to appear in court for his US immigration dispute in Washington, DC. Judge Carl J Nichols set the hearing for Wednesday, February 5th.
The hearing will establish if Prince Harry lied on his immigration application and whether deportation orders will be issued against King Charles' youngest son.
