Prince Harry makes a painful revelation during the current Invictus Games, following King Charles' severe warning to his estranged son.
According to the Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex admitted to receiving treatment after hearing the painful stories of injured war veterans during an appearance on Canadian television.
The former working royal spoke out about his quest to cope with tragedy when a Canadian officer disclosed that he, too, suffered from PTSD after hearing stories of sadness in combat zones.
Harry responded: "People come forward more to share, you know their stories, and I don't always get the chance to have that really deep conversation with them."
"Many times, I do. You know, there's a time and a place for that, and timing is crucial, and the last thing I want to do is be the one to dig a little more," he said. "I have therapy."
Notably, Prince Harry's regretful remarks came after a Daily Mail story said that King Charles believes his son is a cause of "strain and worry for" him.
According to an insider: "While he is sorry that he does not have a relationship with his grandchildren in America, it is easier for his peace of mind that there's an ocean between him and Harry."
