Could Travis Kelce be plotting the ultimate Super Bowl play: popping the question to Taylor Swift during halftime?
The Kansas City Chiefs player, 35, kept the intrigue alive when a reporter inquired about a possible proposal during the Super Bowl's opening night in New Orleans on February 3.
With a smile, he simply said, "Wouldn't you like to know?"
When asked again about his plans to gift his international pop phenomenon girlfriend a "ring," Kelce replied, "A Super Bowl ring?" before shifting the subject.
Kelce and Swift, both 35, have been dating since 2023, with the pop diva becoming a regular at his games. She most recently cheered him on during the Chiefs' AFC Divisional Round victory against the Buffalo Bills on January 26.
While fans speculate about a Super Bowl appearance, it is unknown if the Grammy-winning singer would attend the big game. Her schedule has opened up since she finished the 2024 leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour, so she'll most likely be in the stands when Kelce and the Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9.
Swift was on the field with Kelce to celebrate the Chiefs' Super Bowl victory last year. Following the team's recent triumph, the pair was seen exchanging "I love yous" inside Arrowhead Stadium.
