Kelly Clarkson is considering leaving her talk show since her contract expires next year.
According to a source, "She's at a crossroads — she's torn because everyone is telling her she'd be crazy to step away from huge success."
"But missing time with her children weighs heavily on her," an insider explained.
Kelly previously told Kylie Kelce that she "feels guilty when she can't attend school events for her daughter and son, but also wants to teach her kids that 'Mommy does work, and that is OK'".
According to the source, Kelly "will continue to do that".
"What she'll do when the actual contract is up seems to be the million-dollar question," according to a source.
According to Page Six, the American Idol star planned to leave her daytime talk program when her contract with NBC expires next year.
According to several sources, "Kelly's No. 1 priority is her children, and they always will be."
"The show is exhausting. "It's a lot of work, and I hear Kelly wants to spend more time down south," a source told Page Six.
Meanwhile, Kelly discussed her children on the 1,000th edition of her show.
"On a personal level I think the most meaningful change for me at least is my own family," she told us.
Kelly said, "Over the years, I've had my kids onstage with me, and they've always blown me away." So this is a look back at those recollections.
