Meghan Markle's freshly launched episode of the Confessions of A Female Founder podcast has been published, and it features the Duchess' words of advice for anybody fighting an uphill battle.
Jamie Kern Lima of IT Cosmetics was her guest on the episode 'Attaining the Unattainable'.
It began with a motivational performance in which the Duchess spoke openly about the tenacity required to achieve when everything seems to be against you.
Her first statement showed her addressing to listeners and saying, "Any female founder, or any founder at all, will tell you, these moments happen where it feels like absolutely everything is on the line."
"You feel as if everything you and your team have been working towards has brought you to this one moment in time, whether it's a major interview or a high-pressure investor meeting--and I can tell you, the tension is real.
"But what happens when you give it your best and it still doesn't work out? When are you still getting 'no's? "A crushing 'no'."
"It's a lot to comprehend, and it makes you wonder if pursuing your passion is even what you're supposed to do, but here's the thing. This is the exact moment when you have to dig deep, utilize every tool you have, and get right back up."
