The royal family announced on Thursday the specifics of Prince William and Kate Middleton's two-day trip to Scotland's Isles of Mull and Iona.
A statement on Instagram stated: "The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay have been on the Isles of Mull and Iona this week, spending time with the local community to reflect on the power of social connection and the importance of protecting the natural environment."
It also detailed the locations visited by the royal couple throughout their trip.
Prince William and his wife Kate visited a gorgeous Scottish island on Tuesday to commemorate their 14th wedding anniversary and embark on their most publicized joint vacation of the year.
Rather of celebrating at home, the Prince and Princess of Wales, one of the world's most fashionable couples, headed to Scotland for a two-day trip to the Isles of Mull and Iona, which are part of the Hebrides archipelago off the west coast.
They began their journey at Tobermory, a town known for its vividly colored buildings that overlook the bay, appearing calm as they grinned and waved to a swarm of well-wishers while a bagpiper played in the background.
They went to a community hub before strolling around an artisan market, where they talked with stallholders and posed for photos with residents.
They also expressed their pride in supporting the refurbishment of Aros Hall, which hosts community activities.
According to British media, after their official responsibilities, they celebrated their anniversary at a small, remote self-catering house on Mull, known for its dramatic and picturesque landscape.
