Chrissy Teigen has revealed details about her newest cosmetic operation.
The 39-year-old model and cookbook author revealed the information yesterday, only days after shocking followers with a photo of her bandaged face in the hospital.

"Hello, buddies! [A] lot of you have been curious about my hospital picture, which is natural given that I provided no explanation haha. "I had a hairline lowering procedure," she explained in the May 23 post, which included a photo of herself ripping back her bandage to reveal sutures at her hairline.
"Lost a lot of hair in the front from babies, and it's just very thin up there," the mother of two revealed. "When you see it on a carpet, it's ALWAYS extensions."
Teigen gave birth to daughter Luna Simone in 2016 and son Miles Theodore in 2018, followed by daughter Esti Maxine and son Wren Alexander Stephens via surrogate in 2023. She has four children with her 46-year-old husband, John Legend.
The Cravings cookbook author ended her Instagram Stories post by stating she will "share more later" about her hairline-lowering treatment if followers were "interested" in further specifics because it was truly "a journey."
Teigen previously underwent brow transplant surgery in 2021, which involves pulling hair from the back of the head and placing it on the face.
