Prince Harry's health has raised worries, as the Duke of Sussex has taken some serious blows to the heart.
Harry and his father, King Charles, have had a rocky relationship, but it has reached a low point in recent weeks, particularly with the loss of his security appeal earlier this month, which left him "gutted" and "devastated".
Before this, a friend of Harry had expressed concern about the Duke's mental health when he was forced to leave his favorite organization, Sentebale. The father of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet has previously spoken openly about his mental health difficulties.
However, at the time, Harry was unwilling to seek therapy. It wasn't until his then-girlfriend Cressida Bonas saw his "explosive temperament" and persuaded him to see a mental health specialist, according to royal writer Tina Brown's book The Palace Papers.
"Cressida began to express severe concerns about his mental health. "It is little known that she was the first to persuade Harry to see a therapist," Brown said in her book.
She also mentioned a family acquaintance who said Cressida urged Harry to "accept his problems and see a psychoanalyst."
However, Harry wished to remain secret about his problems, so he contacted Princess Diana's friend, Julia Samuel, an NHS bereavement therapist with MI6 expertise. She knew how to be "discreet" since she coached secret service personnel.
