Android Authority discovered proof of the Galaxy Z Flip 7's bigger cover display in animation files from a leaked One UI 8 software. The animation files apparently depict the Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and the future Galaxy Z Flip 7. While the images for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 match their existing designs, the Galaxy Z Flip 7's animation implies a considerably bigger cover display, which confirms prior reports indicating a substantial design overhaul.
The current disclosure is consistent with design leaks from March. According to reported early renderings, Samsung will discard the folder-style design for the Galaxy Z Flip 7's outer screen. Instead of the original folder-type design, the new model appears to feature only cutouts for the twin cameras, similar to the Motorola Razr 50.
The forthcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 is said to include a 4-inch cover display and a 6.8-inch inside display. For instance, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a 3.4-inch cover display and a 6.7-inch internal screen.
Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to be released with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in July. It is likely to have Samsung's own Exynos 2500 processor and 12GB of RAM.
