Notably, a live Amazon webpage for the Honor X9c indicates that the phone has received SGS drop resistance certification. It has an IP65M dust and 360-degree water resistance rating, which is equivalent to the worldwide model. The Honor Power Management System is touted to provide reliable performance even in high temperatures. The device will be 7.98mm thick and weigh 189 grams.
The Honor X9c will be powered by a 6,600mAh battery that supports 66W wired SuperCharge. The smartphone's optics will have a 108-megapixel rear sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and up to 3x lossless zoom. The camera configuration will include both optical and electronic image stabilization. The phone is said to include AI-powered editing tools such as AI Erase and Motion Sensing.
Honor has disclosed that the future Indian version of the X9c would run Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0. It will come with a dual stereo speaker system that is said to generate 300 percent louder sound. The smartphone will include a 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 4,000 nits brightness, and a 3,840Hz PWM dimming rate.
In Malaysia, the Honor X9c's 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB editions are priced at MYR 1,499 (approximately Rs. 28,700) and MYR 1,699 (about Rs. 32,500), respectively. The worldwide model is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 CPU and has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
