Due to his continuous cancer treatment, King Charles may deviate from a royal custom at an upcoming big event.

The monarch will reconnect with senior royals for Trooping the Colour, but, according to The Times, he will not ride a horse because to a health issue.

For the second time in a row, King Charles is expected to ride in a carriage procession rather than on horseback during the event on Saturday.

Notably, the King's diligent sister, Princess Anne, assumed charge of Noble, a black horse, in 2023 when the monarch was unable to handle the horse while riding.

The king has been getting treatment for an unidentified kind of cancer.

In February 2024, Buckingham Palace disclosed King Charles' cancer diagnosis, leaving royal admirers saddened.

However, since then, Prince William and Prince Harry's father has demonstrated strength and drive by undertaking back-to-back royal engagements.

Camilla Tominey, an author for The Telegraph, recently aroused comments by offering an update on King Charles' medical care.

According to Palace insiders, the monarch's therapy is doing well, but his disease is "ultimately incurable."

The royal specialist went on: "The talk now is that he may die 'with' cancer, but not 'of' cancer following a rigorous treatment program."
