Meghan Markle reportedly made an unfortunate mistake after meeting Prince Andrew, which amused and confused Prince Harry.
In the early days of their relationship, Harry introduced Meghan to various members of the Royal Family, including King Charles (then Prince of Wales), Prince William, and the Princess of Wales, Kate. But one of the most momentous introductions was to his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, and it took place in an unlikely spot.
According to the Channel 5 documentary The Battle For Royal Lodge: Andrew against Charles, the incident occurred at Royal Lodge, the home of Prince Andrew and his former wife, Sarah Ferguson.
Meghan received a last-minute crash instruction in royal customs, including how to properly curtsy, from Fergie.
Following what looked to be a nice meeting, the Queen stood to depart and was brought to the door by her son, Prince Andrew, who was holding her suitcase.
Meghan then made a strange remark. In his biography Spare, Prince Harry describes how Meghan went to him while seeing the Queen leave and asked about her 'helper'. Initially perplexed, Harry asked her to clarify who she sent.
