Stranger Things' amazing 10-year run is coming to an end with the much-anticipated announcement of the fifth season's release date.
The series, set in the 1980s fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, featured a group of adolescent friends as they discovered otherworldly forces and secret government operations.
Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, and Noah Schnapp attended the Tudum event on Saturday, which included a final teaser stating that the final season will be published in three parts.
Volume 1 will be released on November 26, Volume 2 on Christmas, and the conclusion on New Year's Eve.
The teaser begins with Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) and her son Will Byers (Noah Schnaap) having a heart to heart talk. Joyce thinks on the first episode of the series, when otherworldly forces disturbed their normal life.
"I keep thinking about that night. "The night it came for you," she tells Will, as the video pans to moments from Season 1.
As the teaser cuts between images from previous seasons, recalling the protagonists' perilous adventures, Will narrates in the middle: "Everything has changed. We failed. But we need to be prepared."

The images then cut to present settings, moving back and forth in a suspenseful montage as the underworld forces appear to get closer. The characters are shown shielding each other as the crisis escalates.
The preview concludes with a scary scene in which Will screams at the top of his lungs, "Run!"
In addition to Schnapp, Wolfhard, and McLaughlin, the blockbuster series stars Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, and Gaten Matarazzo.
