According to The Daily Beast, citing a friend of the Prince of Wales, Prince William would accept his father's choice on Prince Harry's presence during the monarch's coronation.
He did, however, add that William would prefer Harry not attend the historic ceremony on May 6.
The news comes only a few days after it was revealed that Prince William is unhappy with King Charles' decision to invite the Duke of Sussex to his coronation.
The king believes Harry's absence will be more problematic than his presence, but William believes his younger brother will steal the show.
"William is motivated and unafraid to express himself," his acquaintance stated.
He went on to say, "But he also respects the hierarchy and, of course, will do what his father wishes. They've never been more in love."
According to reports, King Charles has asked Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby to mediate an agreement between his sons to attend the coronation.
