Prince Harry is approaching a significant juncture in his life.
The Duke of Sussex recalls his 25th birthday and how delighted he was to take a step ahead and mould his life in the future years.
He writes in his 'Spare': "At twenty-five you take a solid stride forward…or else begin to fall backwards. I was eager to get started. In many respects, I felt like I'd been bag-flying for years."
"I decided to take a trip to commemorate this significant birthday. Botswana once again. The entire group was present, and in between cake and beverages, everyone commented on how different I appeared—again. After my first military tour, I appeared older and tougher. But now, people say, I appear more...grounded," Harry adds.
Elsewhere in the book, Harry discusses his profound connection to Africa, mentioning how it helped him grieve following Princess Diana's death.
