Kate Middleton is getting back to her old self as she finally returns to her favorite pastime after finishing cancer treatment.
The Princess of Wales, who claimed she was "cancer free" in September, was worried about losing energy and not being able to do the things she loved the most.
According to Palace sources, Kate, who has always been athletic, is back to working out at the gym.
"She lost a lot of muscle tone, which really bothered her," the insider told Life & Style Magazine.
"She loves jogging and is back at it. She has resumed weightlifting, as well as spin and yoga courses. It's not at her previous level; she's being sensible and starting slowly, but it's still more than many people do."
The mother of three has been known to be active her whole life, having played field hockey and tennis. The insider maintained that Kate's sports were "more than anything" of a loss.
"She missed the mental health benefits of working up a good sweat," she said. "Her job has barely just started. She aspires to do more. According to the insider, Kate is determined to transform her unpleasant experience into something beneficial for others.
The story also alleged that Prince William has been supportive of his wife's effort, often accompanying her to gym sessions.
The couple is allegedly planning a formal abroad trip together as Kate regains strength for next year's plans.
