Keanu Reeves' racing film, Brawn: The Impossible Formula One Story, has won an International Emmy Award for 'Best Sports Documentary'.
While discussing the major triumph, the John Wick star showed his excitement and revealed his passion for motor racing.
Reeves responded to the PA news agency: "You want your stories to be seen and heard, and hopefully people check out this very special and entertaining and worthwhile documentary."
"It had been cool for me and, I think, for us just to have this idea and try and do it, to try and make this documentary."
"It all started with us having a discussion, and it just kind of evolved from there.
The Matrix star also praised showrunner Simon Hammerson, calling his work 'amazing'.
"And so to be going on the journey of making the documentary over the year, I think Simon did such a wonderful job on the project, really extraordinary, and it's been recognised" , according to the newspaper.
Finally, the 60-year-old Canadian actor expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed their tales, which helped make the documentary so wonderful.
The story focuses on a man named Ross Brawn, who participates in the most costly and complex racing series with an understaffed and underfunded crew.
