Prince Harry has suffered another setback as The Heritage Foundation seeks to reverse a judge's decision to dismiss the Duke's immigration petition.
According to reports, a right-wing think group has filed a new court challenge against the Biden administration over the Duke of Sussex's US visa documents, saying there was "no proper method" for his admittance to America.
The group's most recent court petition attempts to reverse a judge's previous decision to dismiss their case, which tried to force the publication of Harry's immigration records.
The legal team stated in the document, which Newsweek obtained, that "[Heritage] submitted there was no proper method by which the Duke of Sussex could have been admitted."
Judge Carl J. Nichols dismissed the lawsuit in September after reviewing sensitive Department of Homeland Security papers.
The organization does not appear to be happy with the verdict, claiming that the secret nature of the judge's reasoning deprived them the ability to question the DHS's private disclosures.
According to the think tank, if the prince had been honest about his earlier drug usage, he should not have been allowed to enter America.
In his previous order, Judge Nichols addressed Heritage's claim that the Duke either reported his drug usage and was "admitted inappropriately" or failed to disclose it completely.
A subsequent Government brief responded to these concerns, stating: "The evidence before the Court plainly sufficed to show that [heritage's] speculation of impropriety was unfounded."
The attorneys have clarified their argument, claiming that Harry could not have been legitimately admitted to America by any methods.
