King Charles and Queen Camilla lead the royal festivities at Buckingham Palace

 

King Charles and Queen Camilla, accompanied by Princess Anne, gave a prestigious reception at Buckingham Palace to honour worldwide humanitarian initiatives and mark the milestone anniversaries of significant philanthropic institutions.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester joined the royal hosts, who welcomed representatives from four major organizations commemorating milestone years in 2025, according to GB News.

The event honored individuals and organizations devoted to humanitarian help, providing a forum to publicize their accomplishments.

The event featured displays outlining the charity' achievements as well as inspiring volunteer tales.

Among those honored were International Health Partners, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary under King Charles' patronage, and ShelterBox, a disaster relief organization backed by Queen Camilla since 2007 and now commemorating 25 years of service.

Princess Anne wore a traditional white jacket and skirt, while Queen Camilla wore a beautiful blue dress embellished with the historic Greville Cartier Ivy Leaf Brooches, which have been passed down through generations of the royal family.

The event reaffirmed the Royal Family's continuous support for humanitarian causes, recognizing the devotion of organizations working to make a difference throughout the world.
