Ed Sheeran recently discussed how his wife Cherry Seaborn helps him stay grounded in his life amidst celebrity.
On the most recent edition of the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Grammy winner spoke navigating his life with Cherry, whom he married in 2018 and now has two kids.
"Cherry is the biggest grounding force," remarked the Shape of You hitmaker.
Sheeran said, "Whenever something is a little too Hollywood, she's like, 'Bro…'" And since I grew up with her, it's always filtered through a Suffolk lens."
The Photograph singer said, "I tried to build a bowling alley in our backyard, and she was like, 'Come on, man.'" "You don't need that.
"She just doesn't want our children growing up and it being like, you know, the Richie Rich house," he told podcast presenter Alex Cooper.
During the conversation, Sheeran also revealed his battle with popularity and how his life altered.
"Relationships wise — not just romantic — but just relationships in my life, friendships, family, everything shifted," said the 34-year-old woman.
Sheeran stated that he did not change, but that "everyone around me changed in their way of treating me, acting, talking, or, like, leaking things".
