Justin Bieber's grandfather, Bruce Dale, died at the age of 80, leaving the pop singer devastated.
On Saturday, April 26th, the 31-year-old musician took to Instagram to announce his grandfather's passing in a heartfelt tribute.
"Papa, I always took all your money, hehe. I recall you explicitly telling me that Gramma gave you a $20 stipend for the week! I would always persuade you to spend money on snacks during Friday night hockey games. You never gave it to me willingly. "Corn nuts, skittles, gum balls, chuck a puck, slush puppies," the Baby hitmaker wrote, following a carousel of childhood photos.
"I'll miss you. I'll ache. And I'll sit and remember all of the lovely times we've had."
Bieber's grandfather has been one of his staunchest fans, participating in the 2011 documentary Never Say Never and cheering him on from the crowd.
