Katy Perry has received criticism for her 11-minute flight into space, and followers have found further reasons to criticize her.
The 40-year-old popstar went viral on social media when a video of her dancing during the first night of her Lifetimes tour received a lot of unwanted attention.
During the Mexico City gig on Wednesday, the Roar hitmaker did a robotic dance that has gone viral on the internet.
An X user shared the video, writing, "People are paying to see this?"
Another commented, "so shockingly bad."
"This video isn't amazing. "This looks more like someone who has come out of retirement after 30 years and is attempting to pull off the same moves they did when they were young and popular," a third person said.
"This is the worst choreography I've ever seen in my life," one person remarked, while another said, "This seems like an SNL skit," and "She's struggling. There's no energy here. I hope she finds her groove.
Some angry critics even mocked her space excursion, commenting, "Too much space travel." She isn't used to being back on the ground.
"Maybe those 11 minutes she spent in space could have been better spent on choreography," said another social media user.
While the diva has not explicitly addressed the controversy, she did question during her act, "Has anyone ever called your dreams crazy?"
