Perplexity is apparently looking for collaboration opportunities to raise the awareness of its artificial intelligence (AI) assistant. According to the article, the corporation is in negotiations with Lenovo-owned Motorola and Samsung to integrate the virtual assistant into their products. The cooperation with Motorola is expected to be confirmed soon, while negotiations with the South Korean tech behemoth continue. According to Bloomberg, the AI business is attempting to promote usage of the Perplexity Assistant by making it available on Samsung and Motorola handsets. According to unidentified sources, the contract with Motorola has already been agreed upon and may be disclosed as early as April.
Notably, the Lenovo-owned smartphone manufacturer is expected to hold a product launch in New York City on April 24. The two corporations might formally declare their alliance at the occasion. Details about the relationship and its financial parameters are presently unknown.
