Prince Andrew's two daughters made an unexpected appearance overseas as the Duke of York's issues worsened.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, joined by close family members, attended the Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday. Despite the current turmoil, the two sisters appeared to be in excellent spirits as they engaged with other VIP visitors at the Formula One event.
Beatrice, who recently delivered her second daughter, was joined by her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, on the trip. She was wearing an expensive Sezane 'Silvana' dress with a strong Ecru and Green geometric fabric.
Eugenie was wearing a ruched forest green ensemble.
Royal experts have previously stated that the Princesses of York are serving as unofficial "cultural ambassadors" in the region.
The visit comes as Andrew faces a fresh danger to his Duke of York title, with requests being made to withdraw the accolade from the disgraced monarch.
According to a GB News story, 70% of York residents want Andrew stripped of his title because he has "tainted" the city and the royal family.
Furthermore, members of parliament have expressed agreement with the residents' viewpoints. Rachael Maskell, MP for York Central, agrees that removing the title "would be an appropriate step".
Andrew may lose his title as he fights to maintain Royal Lodge for himself despite King Charles' objections. However, Buckingham Palace has stated that it had "no plans to do so yet".
