Alcatel is preparing to re-enter the Indian smartphone market with the introduction of the Alcatel V3 Ultra, its first handset in the nation in three years. HTech's Madhav Sheth, who works with Alcatel India, recently verified the device's identity and design by posting a photograph of the retail box on social media. It looks to come with three back camera units. The retail cartons also suggest that the Alcatel V3 Ultra will have a stylus.
Alcatel v3 Ultra Name is Confirmed
Madhav Sheth, Alcatel India's founder and tech advisor, posted a photo on X showing retail cartons for the unreleased Alcatel V3 Ultra. The retail box is depicted in black, with the name written in yellow. The packaging has a picture of a stylus. The device is seen with a triple back camera setup. The camera sensors are positioned in a circular island next to the LED flash.
On the right, you can see the Alcatel V3 Ultra's blue retail packaging. It indicates that the phone will have a flat display with a center hole punch cutout for the front-facing camera.
Many specifics regarding the Alcatel V3 Ultra, including its precise launch date and full specifications, remain unknown. However, it looks that the phone would be released exclusively in India.
Alcatel has announced its comeback to the Indian market for the first week of April. TCL Communication operates the brand independently, and it is preparing to launch a line of luxury smartphones in the nation.
The Alcatel devices will be available on Flipkart's main site and its speedy delivery service, Flipkart Minutes. The e-commerce business is teasing the release of new devices with a special landing page on its website. The Flipkart listing indicates that the Alcatel V3 Ultra would have TCL's proprietary NXTPAPER display.
Alcatel has previously announced that its smartphones will be manufactured in the nation, in line with the government's Make in India policy. It will set up a pan-India service network to provide customer assistance.
