Prince Harry must decide whether to take further legal action after losing his latest case at the Court of Appeal in London earlier this month.
The Duke of Sussex has until the end of this week to determine if he would seek permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.
Harry suffered a severe defeat in the most recent hearing on May 2nd, when he lost his court struggle to acquire taxpayer-funded armed police protection in the UK.
The King's estranged son has claimed that he had been'singled out' for unfair treatment following his decision to resign down from royal responsibilities in 2020.
However, the Court of Appeal decided against him and denied his appeal, dealing another blow to the ongoing legal odyssey that began five years ago with his royal escape, also known as 'Megxit'.
