Luke Grimes has just responded to his ending in Yellowstone.
After CBS announced that the actor will reprise his role as Kayce Dutton in a brand-new spinoff of the beloved series, Yellowstone, he responded.
With an image of the news from a Deadline piece, he captioned the post, "Cowboys don't say goodbye, they say see you later."
Additionally, Grimes supporters could not contain their joy over the news, flooding the comments area with words of love.
"So excited about this! Kayce was one of my favorite characters," one fan wrote, while another noted, "Kayce is returning! "My favorite Dutton."
A third response stated, "Amazingly wonderful news...can't wait!!!!!!" I love Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton." Some fellow actors also expressed support for the message.
Fellow actors who have worked with Grimes also responded to the message.
Hassie Harrison, a Yellowstone actor, stated, "The pleasure never stops!! Congrats!!" Neil Brown Jr. wrote, "Let's go!!" with fire and heart emojis.
The Yellowstone spinoff, Y: Marshals, is set to air midseason next year.
