Prince Harry has made it plain that he want to reconcile with his father, King Charles.
Speaking to BBC News, the Duke of Sussex, who just lost his security fight in the UK, stated, "I would love reconciliation with my family" while acknowledging that King Charles "won't speak to me because of this security stuff."
As King Charles is now battling illness, Harry reveals that he does not want "to fight" any longer, saying, "I don't know how much longer my father has."
Harry admits to being "devastated" after losing his court appeal regarding police protection in the UK.
He added that he cannot envision bringing his wife, Meghan Markle, and his two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to the UK owing to a lack of safety.
"I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point," the Duke of Sussex remarked.
For those who are unaware, Prince Harry's legal struggle was with the UK government when his protection was removed in 2020, when he and Meghan Markle retired as working royals.
Despite his claim that his life was "at stake," the court determined that the committee's conclusion was reasonable.
