Scarlett Johansson revealed that filming Jurassic World Rebirth in searing temperatures was "brutal."
The 40-year-old legendary actress, who plays Zora Bennett in the upcoming episode of the famed sci-fi movie, stated that shooting aquatic sequences was tough because the production took place in Malta during an extraordinary Mediterranean heat.
"There was no escape from the sun," she told Empire Magazine.
The Lucy actor went on, "It was just baking every day." And you're on this rig, 30 feet in the air or something, and it's going up and down and sideways, with water spraying out of these cannons toward you. "It was brutal."
"To complete that in one day would be difficult. But to do that constantly for, say, six weeks or so..." she explained.
Additionally, Gareth Edwards, the director of Jurassic World Rebirth, acknowledged that he felt sorrow for his characters because to the difficult circumstances.
"At the end of each day, I'd try and reassure them that tomorrow was going to be easier because of this reason," he told me.
"And then the next day would be much tougher, either for the same reason or for a completely other reason. "After a while, they just stopped believing me," Gareth Edwards stated.
