Daring and Tom Cruise have everything in common. His longtime stunt coordinator provided confirmation of this in his performance in Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning.
Wade Eastwood told The Times of London that the megastar was exhausted from doing the act of hanging from a biplane and had to be lifted by his crew.
"It battered the crap out of him. The wind was blowing toward him, as were the propeller's blast and particles. It was the most difficult workout he had ever done; it was extremely risky and taxing for him," he explained.
"We often had to carry him off the wing because he was so weary. "And he flew all day."
Tom and Wade have a long history of working together. They met for the first time on the Edge of Tomorrow set.
"Tom does not display fear; he demonstrates expertise. He had joy doing all of his antics, even when they were exhausting. He's always upbeat, wears a smile, and truly likes it," the stunt coordinator said.
Since then, they've collaborated on the last four Mission Impossible films.
