Vivo is preparing to debut the V50 Elite Edition in India. The business has disclosed the phone's debut date and teased its rear camera module. Notably, the current Vivo V50, which debuted in February, features a pill-shaped back camera island. The forthcoming Elite Edition is said to include a circular back camera module. The new variation is likely to share the majority of the conventional version's characteristics. Meanwhile, the Vivo V50e was launched in the nation in April.
Vivo V50 Elite Edition to be Launched in India
The Vivo V50 Elite Edition will be available in India on May 15 at 12pm IST, the company said in an X post. An accompanying video shows the future device with "Elite Edition" inscribed on the back panel, directly below the rear camera module. The camera island will more likely be spherical, as opposed to the pill-shaped module of the basic Vivo V50.

The Vivo V50 Elite Edition is believed to have identical characteristics to the vanilla Vivo V50 model. The phone might have a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging capabilities, a Zeiss-backed 50-megapixel dual rear camera, and a 50-megapixel front shooter.
At launch, the Vivo V50 cost Rs. 34,999, Rs. 36,999, and Rs. 40,999 for the 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB models, respectively. The phone comes in three colors: Rose Red, Starry Blue, and Titanium Grey.
