David Beckham openly supported King Charles only days before speculations emerged that he will finally receive his long-awaited knighthood.
The former footballer attended the King's Foundation's 35th anniversary celebration at St James' Palace, with Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, and Penny Lancaster, among other A-listers.
During the distinguished ceremony, King Charles personally delivered honors, including the King Charles III Harmony Award, which was given to Nobel Peace Prize winner Professor Muhammad Yunus.
According to The Sun, Beckham is due to be knighted by the king on Friday, a long-awaited accolade that has sparked much intrigue.
The gala event, which drew over 200 people, acknowledged outstanding achievements in sustainability, traditional heritage skills, and environmental education.
