King Charles has given his nieces Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie significant positions despite the fact that they are not working royals.
The daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have made key appearances to support the king, fueling suspicion that the York sisters would be promoted.
As the royal family approaches the major event in the royal calendar, Trooping the Colour, there is speculation that Beatrice and Eugenie may be included in the exclusive balcony photo-op, despite their father's disgrace.
Although the King is fond of his nieces, royal analyst Richard Fitzwilliams questioned the idea that the princesses' role in the royal family would shift so quickly.
During the balcony appearance, senior employees watch a flyover and wave to the crowd.
The source told GB News that Beatrice and Eugenie on the balcony would ask questions about Andrew because "anything to do with him is still too toxic" for the royals. Additionally, balcony appearances are a "iconic" emblem of status for the monarchy.
Andrew was deprived of his royal titles and patronages after being suspected of engaging in illegal activities due to his close association with convicted financier Jeffery Epstein.
He was also accused of sexual abuse of youngsters in a large case, which resulted in his removal from the royal family in 2019. Since then, his reputation has been irreversibly damaged.
"Unfortunately for Yorks, there is a problem, a huge problem, and it would send a message that would not be appropriate at the moment," Fitzwilliams told me.
He pointed out that Beatrice and Eugenie's high-profile appearances would only backfire.
The news comes as royal sources said Buckingham Palace "appreciates" the two sisters' contributions and commitment.
According to royal expert Ingrid Seward, Prince William would certainly pull his relatives "into the fold" once he becomes King.
