The Duke of Sussex, who claims to have committed his life to public service, has been trying to turn his attention to charitable work after being dealt a "devastating" blow by the UK security judgment and deteriorating ties with his cancer-stricken father, King Charles.
Nearly two weeks ago, Harry surreptitiously donated a "significant donation" to a Nottingham charity, five years after his previous donation of £10,000 before leaving the UK.
As religious tensions in the country rise due to the turmoil in the Middle East, the organization has collaborated on something'meaningful' to assist individuals from all backgrounds who are struggling in Nottingham.
The Salaam-Shalom Kitchen, located in Hyson Green, is a cooperation between Sajid Mohammed, CEO and creator of Himmah, and a rabbi from Nottingham Liberal Synagogue. Every Wednesday, it serves meals to individuals of different backgrounds.
Ferzana Shan, co-chair of the initiative, told The Mirror that Harry and Meghan's contribution had a significant influence.
"We're delighted with the money from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, it is incredible," she went on. "The more money we have, the more we can give, but it also spotlights our great work."
Despite their differences of view, Ferzana stated that they had "several conversations with each other" to address "what we felt as individuals and what we needed from each other to carry on working together".
She went on to say, "We needed to have those painful talks. We couldn't stay away since people had such varied perspectives. But we came together, and we agreed on humanity. What we're doing here is what matters.
