Jenna Ortega returns as Wednesday Addams in the second season of the acclaimed television series Wednesday.
After nearly three years, spectators finally got a glimpse of Wednesday's scary activities at the Tudum event.
Based on the legendary literary classic character Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family, written by Charles Adam, the highly anticipated TV series has aired the first six minutes of season two's opening sequence.
The film opens with a gagged Wednesday at the dinner table, surrounded by creepy toys, narrating her chaotic condition.
"Who said nightmares can't come true? "He's under the illusion that I'm his next victim," she adds, before adding, "I'll let him cherish that notion while I explain my situation."
The scene suddenly goes back to six weeks before, when she was spending her summer vacations honing her psychic talents. Once she is certain that her talents are under control, she embarks on a mission to find the Kansas City Scalper (Haley Joel Osment), who was her favorite serial killer as a youngster.
The next scene takes place at the airport, where she is shown unloading her weapons and her partner-in-crime Thing for security clearance (identical to the teaser trailer).
Eventually, Wednesday confronts her favorite serial murderer, the Kansas City Scalper.

He presents her with a handcrafted doll that looks like her and a trolley full of sharp blades, threatening to transform her into one of his creations, claiming "it's how I remember all my special guests," alluding to the other dolls.
