Aside from the incorporation of Galaxy AI technologies, there have been no significant updates to Samsung's Galaxy Tab S models in recent months. Its Galaxy Tab S Ultra variants have also experienced little design modifications over the last several revisions. The most significant shift last year was Samsung's transition to a MediaTek processor, the Dimensity 9300+. Recent reports indicate that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra will employ a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC this year. We now have more information owing to a benchmark website.
Samsung's next Galaxy Tab S11, first reported by tipster Abhishek Yadav, has been mentioned on the Geekbench benchmarking website, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor.

The Geekbench listing indicates a smartphone known as the Samsung SM-X736B with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+. The processor has a maximum clock speed of 3.73GHz, up from 3.4GHz on the previous MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC in the Galaxy Tab S10+. The listing also indicates that the tablet will have a 12GB RAM option.
The scores look a little lackluster. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ in the Galaxy Tab S11 achieved scores of 1,420 and 5,312 in Geekbench's single and multi-core tests, respectively. We did not receive the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ for review, but we did get the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. In comparison, the MediaTek-powered Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra we examined last year received ratings of 2,115 and 7,058, respectively. While it is surprising to see an older CPU beat a newer processor, this might be because the testing were conducted on a prototype device.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra in our evaluation proved to be a niche device, as it had always been. It presently costs Rs. 1,04,999 in India. If you want any accessories, including the charger, you will have to pay extra. The tablet sports a 14.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,960 x 1,848 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is just 5.4mm thick. It is also one of the few tablets available with an IP68 grade for dust and water protection. The tablet weighs 718 grams and contains the normal 11,200mAh battery (as with previous Ultra versions), which may last many days with light use.
