Vivo is also teasing the release of the new Y-series smartphone with an event page on its Indian website. The listing hints that the phone will have a dual back camera arrangement. The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G is likely to have a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It is said to operate on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 CPU and include a 5,500mAh battery.

Vivo announced the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G's debut in India with a teaser video. The business has also built up a landing page on its India website that teases the future device's back appearance. Vivo has not revealed the phone's specific debut date, but it is teased with a 'coming soon' logo.

The teaser video shows the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G in white, with a pill-shaped twin camera setup on the back. The camera sensors are arranged vertically, beside a ring LED flash.

The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G's pricing and characteristics have already been speculated about in the rumour mill. It is expected to cost roughly Rs. 25,000 in the nation and come in gold, nebula purple, and white colorways. It is believed to be available in 128GB and 256GB storage capacities, with 8GB RAM as standard.

According to previous reports, the Vivo Y400 Pro would have a 6.77-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It is supposed to operate on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The phone is rumored to be 7.4mm thick and will likely arrive with Android 15-based Funtouch 15.
