King Charles is said to want both of his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, to attend his coronation along with all of his grandkids.
According to New Idea, the monarch "wants both his sons and all his grandkids" at his side when he is crowned on May 6 at Westminster Abbey.
"A number of advisers are advising Charles to cut them [Meghan Markle and Prince Harry] off," a source told the newspaper, "but he reminds everyone that he is a father first, and a king second."
According to reports, King Charles has not yet sent an official invitation to the royal couple located in California.
According to the New York Post, the King has requested the Archbishop of Canterbury to mediate a compromise between his two estranged sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, so that the Duke of Sussex might attend his coronation.
However, sources indicate that the Prince of Wales wants Harry and Meghan Markle to stay away from Westminster Abbey following the publication of his explosive memoir Spare.
