Millie Bobby Brown may have already determined what she would do when Stranger Things closes on Netflix.
Sources tell GiantFreakinRobot that the Enola Holmes actress will reprise her role in the spinoff series centred on her character Eleven.
Brown gained to prominence in Stranger Things as the psychokinetic Eleven. While nothing is known about what will happen after the series' conclusion, her character's spin-off hints that she will survive whatever psychological conflict she inevitably becomes embroiled in; considering that her past has been fairly well covered throughout the series, a sequel appears to be in order.
Last February, the showrunners, Matt and Ross Duffer (The Duffer Brothers), suggested a prospective spinoff of the series.
"There are many more interesting stories to tell inside the Stranger Things world; new mysteries, new adventures, and new unexpected heroes," they stated.
In addition, in July, Netflix announced on Twitter, "The Duffer Brothers have launched Upside Down Pictures, a new production business via which they will produce film and television projects as part of their overall contract with Netflix."
The production business, named after the show's parallel reality, was revealed to be working not just on a Duffer Brothers original spin-off, but also on "a new stage play set inside the universe and mythology of Stranger Things."
The 18-year-old actress has yet to comment on the situation.
