When he joked about "too much nattering," Prince William let the food bank workers see his open relationship with Kate Middleton.
According to People magazine, the Prince and Princess of Wales paid a visit to the Windsor Foodshare, which gives "much-needed assistance to needy families and homes in the town through weekly donations."
"Easily-stored groceries, bread, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables" are among the foods provided.
The Royal Family Channel on YouTube shared a video of Kate talking to some of their volunteers, to whom William remarked, "Excuse me, too much nattering going on over here."
Meanwhile, Sarah Kember, the organization's manager, told the magazine, "They did alright. One was superior than the other, but I'm not going to tell which."
"We found them to be very open and welcoming. They were at ease with all they did. "They're a wonderful pair," Sarah added.
"They wanted to be engaged, and they wanted to be hands-on, not simply come and observe what we were doing," she explained. "They inquired, 'Can we physically participate and do things?'"
