Princess Kate surprised fans by providing a comprehensive update on her Christmas Carol Service.
On December 6, the Prince and Princess of Wales' official Instagram account posted the first photographs of Westminster Abbey, which will host today's Carol Concert.
The caption on the photos says, "Westminster Abbey looking beautifully festive ahead of tonight's Together at Christmas Carol Service."
For those who are unaware, the future Queen is preparing to host the year's greatest event just after completing chemotherapy.
Kate remarked of this year's Carol Service, "This year's service provides a moment to reflect upon the importance of love and empathy, and how much we need each other, especially in the most difficult times of our lives."
Catherine went on: "The service will shine a light on individuals from all over the U.K. who have shown love, kindness and empathy towards others in their communities."
