Duchess Sophie and her husband, Prince Edward, have previously maintained a low-key appearance when representing the royal family.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh have grown in popularity as they take on a more prominent role, particularly following King Charles' succession to the British throne.
Sophie was an important member of the royal family, particularly after the king and Kate Middleton were forced to stand aside from their duties due to cancer. She was also termed the monarch's "secret weapon" due to her service.
According to veteran royal writer Jennie Bond, the Duchess has changed dramatically since her elevation, particularly in her relationship with her loving husband, Prince Edward.
"Sophie has been unusually open about her love for him," the expert said to OK! Magazine.
"She stated he was the most loving of spouses, and they were still great friends, which they both reiterated on their recent journey to Nepal. Sophie stated, quite correctly, that they form an excellent combination. "They are companions both on and off duty."

"They exchange notes on their work and practice their presentations. Sophie has joked about Edward providing her with crucial support and guidance, but she acknowledges she does not always follow it," she stated. "That's definitely a sign of a balanced, equal and supportive relationship.
