Chris Martin, the leader of the iconic British rock band Coldplay, has confessed that he suffers from depression.
Martin and his buddies, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, and Will Champion, are well-known all over the world.
The rock band is now on a tour called 'Music of the Spheres', which began in 2022.
During a recent live concert in Hong Kong, the 48-year-old discussed her struggles with depression. He also mentioned some personal cures he does to aid himself with the struggle.
Martin continues, "The first thing I wanted to tell you was that there is a thing called freeform writing, in which you write for twelve minutes, all of your thoughts, and then burn or throw it away." That is pretty nice."
Second, the Fix You vocalist stated that he does 'Transcendental meditation,' which is a type of bodily movement that helps balance your brain.
He also praised young musician Chloe Qisha, claiming that her music makes him happy.
