Travis Kelce appears to know when to take the "next step" in a relationship, as he navigates his relationship with Taylor Swift.
"I feel like [it's] when you know someone's life," the 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs player said Thursday during a special bonus episode of his and brother Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast.
"When you observe someone's day-to-day life and understand it, you develop a habit of being with that person or talking to them about their daily routines on a regular basis. You naturally sense a true connection."
Travis also believes that the drive to "get to that next step faster" should arise "naturally."
The actor from Grotesquerie emphasized the significance of family in relationships, stating that presenting a partner to one's family may be a huge milestone.
Travis and Swift, 34, met one other's families early on in their relationship.
Swift was photographed in September 2023 with Kelce's mother, Donna, at her first Chiefs game to support him.
During their podcast, his older brother, Jason, who is married with three children, shared his perspective. According to him, "moving in together" is an important component in determining when to take the next step.
"You've got to make that decision, especially if you have roommates," Jason, 36, stated.
"You'll know; if you want to accomplish anything, you will. That is how you know. And if she wants to do it, you'll both do it. Not in that way, but in another one."
