Taylor Swift's unwavering support for Travis Kelce, as well as her nonstop coverage, are said to overshadow the efforts of other NFL players.
Kelly Stafford, wife of NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford, has expressed her worries over the Love Story crooner's appearance at NFL games.
Stafford, who still has a strong relationship with the pop diva, recently stated that she did not "want to see another four months of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce coverage."
Stafford, however, repeated her views despite fears of reaction from Swifties: "I have never once said I didn't like Taylor Swift ever."
She stated that her jealousy of the So High School singer arose from seeing her husband and other players, who passionately contribute to the team's performances, not receive the attention they deserve as a result of Swift's participation in the game.
"I was a little jealous of the fact that they were getting all this attention and all of a sudden the football game was the sideshow." Stafford stated.
Stafford shared her experience listening to Swift, saying, "I was a fan of hers when she was a country star because she and I are the same age, so I grew up listening to her music."
Stafford recently brought her four daughters to the 'Eras Tour' in New Orleans, describing it as a "experience of a lifetime."
Stafford also discussed Swift's influence on her kids, stating, "I honestly think my girls are prouder of their dad because he plays a sport that Taylor Swift enjoys." So, at the end of the day, I am glad for everything."
