Liam Payne's followers have expressed their grief as a video of the deceased, starring Harry Porter's Tom Felton, appeared on social media.
Darco Malfoy, aka Tom, took to Instagram and released a video of Liam singing a duet.
The Rise of the Planet of the Apes star said, "Devastating news - What a gentleman. Kind, generous, and brilliant in equal measure. Love to his whole family, friends, and admirers xx."
Fans, on the other hand, replied with sorrowful comments, one of which said, "This is something really special, my heart breaks all over again watching it's honestly just so tragic."
Another person said, "This is very wonderful. "Liam."
Another handler said, "Oh my two worlds merging and I'm bawling! "Thank you, I love you!"
"This is seriously so lovely," one individual said. Another remark said, "That's lovely; he was also a Harry Potter fan."
In the video, Night Changes' vocalist is heard stating, "We thought we'd just give you a little more. Tom has graciously learned Little Things, so we'll offer you a verse and chorus to it."
The 37-year-old then says, "I'll do my best, mate." The two then recreate the One Direction classic, with Tom on guitar and Liam singing, accompanied by nostalgic images of Tom as Draco when he was younger.
The film concluded with Liam and Tom discussing their delight after their performance and expressing thanks to one another.
This follows the death of a former member of One Direction after falling from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur hotel in Palermo.
