Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their first public appearance together after a months-long professional separation.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex participated virtually from their Montecito home in the inaugural United Nations Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children in Bogotá, Colombia.
For those who are unaware, the pair just founded the Parents' Network, which aims to raise awareness of and help victims' children and families in the face of online assault.
The members and parents of afflicted youngsters from their important initiative were introduced at the ceremony.
According to the Archewell Foundation website, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex "applauded the efforts of those actively addressing this critical issue and stressed the importance of tackling digital violence to prioritize children's safety in today's connected world."
The video quoted Meghan as saying: "At the Archewell Foundation, we engage with young people, families and experts worldwide, learning about how every aspect of a child's life — from their livelihood to their physical and mental well-being — now operates within an online economy that has both the power to shape and misshape our connections."
It is worth noting that Harry and Meghan appeared in this new video following their purported decision to carry out their formal duties separately.
